Living with wolves! (Politics)

Justice delayed is Justice denied!
I am deeply burdened with Jessica Lal and Priyadarshini murder cases. Here's a brief about those 2 cases. In both the cases, the accused were acquitted despite the fact that the evidences clearly pointed towards them.
Priyadarshini was a student of Delhi Law School during 1995. Those years when ragging as a subject was overlooked by law. she had problems with her senior Santhosh K Singh. Thretened by his harassment, she lodged a formal complaint and was provided a personal security officer. This provoked Santhosh to irritate her by false-complaining against her credentials with the college management. Management's investigation easily proved the claim to be baseless. Further frustrated by his futile attempts, he decided to go to her house. he was seen knocking at Priya's house. Subsequently he allegedly raped her, strangled her with an electric wire and then battered her face beyond recognition with a motorcycle helmet.
His dad, then the Inspector General of Police was a man with connections. It was said that all the evidences were manipulated including DNA test. The judgement even held the CBI responsible for unfair investigation and failure to produce Virender Prasad, Mattoo’s household help, which resulted in the obstruction of justice. The police had claimed Prasad had gone missing and was not traceable, yet in the aftermath a journalist could easily find him in his Bihar village.Santhosh(accused) is happlily married and a practising lawyer in Delhi, today. He is one of those lawyers who pledge to protect the laws of their country.
Judge Thareja said, 'Though I know he is the man who committed the crime, I acquit him, giving him the benefit of the doubt.' The judege knows he's the accused but says he can't give the right judgement!
Jessica Lal's case is even tragic. Union minister of state for food and civil supplies Venod Sharma, whose son Manu Sharma is the main accused in the killing of Jessica Lal Lal who was a model. The place was Tamarind court run by Socialite Bina Ramani, her husband George Mailhot and daughter Malini Ramani. Jessica had come to help Bina, her friend for 10 years. The place was known for hosting high networth and well-connected individuals. The night of Aug,29-1999 when Bina and Jessika were around to watch if those last 30 guests were going to leave, a gang of 5 men barged in. One of them, Manu Sharma(accused and son of Union minister) asked for liquor when Bina had mentioned the pub is closed. He had offered Rs 1000 per drink and she said it didn't matter. and then he had abused by saying he can even get a sip of her for Rs 1000. Annoyed with his behaviour, she walked upstairs which happens to be her residence. On the way up, she heard the gun shot and it was Jessica who was the shot by Manu for denying drinks. This happened before the eyes of guests and customers. Delhi Police were swift in identifying the accused(it was obvious anyways..)They gathered witnesses which included the electrician, cleaner and most importantly, Jessica's friend who was present when she was shot, Shyan Munshi. He had given a testimony initially that he saw Manu Sharma shooting at her. Police even have the video recording of Manu giving a testimony that he murdered Jessica. While everything was so clear, the case went on since 1999 till 2006 and finally all the 9 accused were released on lack of provable evidence!!!.
What the hell??!. The murderers are practising lawers and their fathers' running our govt. What kind of system are we in?
For having given the country into the hands of the murderers I don't think the promise of justice is even at the horizon.
The victims have become a pure mockery and their lives have been given up for cheap pleausre of these ware wolves.
For those of us who don't vote : If we are not a part of the solution, we are the problem. Only sensible people's votes might make a difference.
statement from the judege who handled Priyadarshini's murder case is worth mentioning
"The rule of law doesn’t seem to apply to the children of those who enforce it".
